Fully furnished living – ready within days

Star Housing offers a complete furnishing and redecoration service, allowing you to move into your new home with ease. Our plug‑and‑play concept ensures your property is fully furnished and ready for living within just a few days.

Together with you, we discuss how many people will be living in the house or apartment and carefully assess their needs and preferences. Do you, for example, prefer two sofas in the living room, or would you rather have several armchairs? Every detail is tailored to your lifestyle and comfort.

Once the rental agreement has been signed and the security deposit and first rent have been paid, we immediately start furnishing the property. Within a matter of days, all furniture is delivered and installed, appliances are connected, and lighting is fully operational. As a temporary resident, you only need to bring your personal belongings and settle in.

TV & Internet

We also assist with the installation of cable television and internet services, ensuring you are connected from day one.

Rates

The starting price for a furnishing package is €175 per month (excluding 21% VAT).
This price includes transportation, assembly, installation, and fitting.

The furniture rental is combined with the rental of the property. Naturally, we are happy to create a fully customized furnishing package based on your wishes, style preferences, and length of stay.
